Hair

Welcome

After eleven years away, I’ve returned to hair with a new sense of purpose- reignited by the art of razor cutting and heat-free styling. For me, hair has always been more than beauty. I see it as fiber and fabric- a natural source of material to be crafted into sculpture with movement and proportion woven into something unique. Razor cutting allows me to create with honesty, instinct, and freedom, shaping hair into a living form that moves the way it wants to. Each cut is a discovery, a conversation between texture, gravity, and artistry. That collaboration is what makes the work feel alive.

The Beauty of a Razor Cut

A razor cut offers something scissors can’t: movement, softness, and effortless blending. While scissors create blunt, defined lines, a razor delicately skims the hair, lifting and texturizing each strand so it falls in a way that feels natural and easy.

The result is hair that looks touchable, light, and modern. Razor cuts enhance your natural texture—straight, wavy, or curly—while adding body and dimension without harsh edges. They grow out beautifully, require less day-to-day styling, and give you that “just right” finish that feels chic with low effort.

In my practice, I use the razor as both a technical tool and an artistic brush. Each cut is personalized—not only to your hair type and face shape, but also to your energy and lifestyle. My goal isn’t just to give you a haircut, but to create a transformation that feels as good as it looks: lightness, movement, and confidence you carry long after you leave the chair.

Honoring Energy in My Practice

The energy we carry—and share—is powerful. A haircut isn’t just physical; it involves touch, presence, and closeness within your energetic field. I take this responsibility seriously, holding deep respect for the crown and third eye, which are especially sensitive to another’s energy.

I bring both skill and spiritual practice into every appointment. Between clients, I cleanse my space and energy with prayer, visualization, sound, and grounding rituals, ensuring harmony and neutrality. This allows me to show up fully present for each person, so you feel cared for and safe.

A Space for Connection

More than technique, what matters most to me is connection. Every appointment is a chance to listen, to understand, and to create together. As a certified Active Listener with Trauma-Informed Training, I bring not just technical ability but genuine presence. In my consent based approach, my goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and comfortable—whether you’re embracing your natural texture, exploring a new shape, or seeking care in a way that affirms who you are.

My space is judgment-free and rooted in body positivity and respect. I hold firm boundaries: human rights are not political, and there is no room for hate or harmful narratives here. Instead, you’ll find privacy, dignity, and encouragement—an environment where self-expression, healing, and even recovery from the toxicity of the beauty industry are supported and celebrated.
